Meeting~!
Dont forget about the general meeting tomorrow (Monday)! We'll be starting at 4 p.m. and meeting in the Student Centre by Just Fries. We'll be taking suggestions for upcoming semesters, talking about summer events and feeding feedback from the past year's showings. Hope to see everybody there!

~Spring Festival~
Well, our last showing for the semester is coming up this Friday, and we're celebrating the ending of winter with our 2nd-annual Spring Festival~!
First and foremost, we'll in our regular spot at the regular time - EN-2006 @ 7:30pm
Like last year, we'll have a few special things going on, on top of our regular showing~
COSPLAY
Got an anime costume sitting around or itching to be made? Put it on and show it off! Cosplay is always welcome, but especially for Spring Festival!
KARAOKE
We love karaoke and we know you guys do too, so we're giving you the chance to sing your heart out to your favourite anime and j-pop/rock tunes! You can check out my playlist and see if I've got anything you like, bring in your own music on CD, iPod, or Flash Drive, or e-mail me your song (10MiB or under) and I'll bring it in for you.
TRIVIA
Ah, yes, ye old faithful trivia... so, how much were YOU paying attention this semester? We'll test your know-how and find out! As usual, there's a chance to win one of ten sexy trivia posters!

Let's not forget we have two anime series to show you guys! You might have caught the (horrible) dubs on TV, but now you'll get the chance to see them the way they were meant to be!
Hoshi no Kirby [Kirby of the Stars] (Episodes 1–3)
Tens of thousands of years ago, a being known as Nightmare appeared and created a great army of demon beasts, waging war and conquering much of the universe. However, an army of Star Warriors fought and defeated him... or so they thought. Now, as evil begins to reawaken, the planet Popstar appears to be the Nightmare’s new target. But, a legend among its people has foretold that a great warrior named Kirby would be their saviour.
A mysterious, diminutive, pink, baby creature carrying that legendary name crash-lands in the peaceful country of Pupupuland… Now it’s up to the Kirby to fight the demons sent after him, while still trying to learn his own abilities.
Digimon Adventure 02 (Episodes 1–3)
Three years have passed since the events of Digimon Adventure. The Digital World was supposedly secure and peaceful; however, a new evil has appeared in the form of the Digimon Kaiser. However, this new villain is different—he’s human, and he’s enslaving Digimon. To further complicate things, he’s somehow made it impossible for Digimon to evolve and fight him.
A new generation of Chosen Children are called upon to fight him, along with a now-older Takeru and Hikari. The only way to stop him, it seems, lies within an ancient power.
This will be my (Zippo) last night with the society as an executive, so I hope we can make this a good one, guys! It's been a blast, but I'm going to focus on my studies and future career. Thanks for everything, and I hope to see you all on Friday!
