Hello everyone!
Veni Vedi Vici '09 is a fundraiser being held for Team Diabetes this Saturday, organized by one of the community's gamers. The Mount Pearl Soccer Association Clubhouse has been rented out, and is going to be set up with tables and chairs for the afternoon of February 7th, starting at noon. Admission is $5, and food will be avaliable for purchase, all profits going to Team Diabetes Canada. Supposedly there will also be door prizes.
The theory is that you bring your own games or whatever, and hang out for the afternoon. Hopefully we can show our support for this - grab your boardgames, PHBs, minis, cards, dice, paints (don't get it on the floor. end of story), whatever, and come along! Personally, I'll be there!
